No real news this week other than the usual: individuals changing jobs in the UK publishing industry and publishers’ rather hyperbolic announcements of new book acquisitions.

With one exception: using the headline ‘The book that changed history’, The Bookseller  is now publishing (for the first time, to my knowledge) sponsor content within its Morning Briefing emails.
